Frequently Asked Questions

Can I visit your shop?
Yes we are  a commercial location, so if you come looking for us you will find us at 167 West Street, Fareham, Hampshire.  If you click on the post-code link there is a map available.
Do you have a paper catalogue?
No, our catalogue is what you see online at this website.  We try our very best to keep it up to date.  We receive new products constantly, sometimes daily, and it is simply not feasible for us to create a print catalogue that could remain updated.  Just have a look online and if you ever have a question about an item, give us a ring or email and we will try to explain! We have hundreds of products in stock in the shop so if you need a product email us and we will see if we have it in store or if we have a supplier we can get it from. International shipping is available, however you need to email to check out the postal rates.

How can I pay?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and Switch cards. We do not accept personal cheques. Should you wish to place an international order please email for postage costs.

What does acid-free mean?
Acid-free means the material is neutral or alkaline in pH.  Acid levels are important in scrapbooks supplies as the presence of acid speeds the decay and yellowing of photographs and papers.  Scrapbooks supplies are designed to last generations when kept in archival quality albums and page protectors as well as dry and out of direct sunlight.  Creating Keepsakes magazine maintains a well-researched list of products that have undergone independent testing for archival qualities in addition to the tests carried out by the manufacturers themselves.

  What does lignin-free mean?

Lignin is a naturally occurring substance found in trees and therefore most papers.  Simply put, it is the glue that holds the fibres of the tree together.  As a natural substance it is vital to the tree while living but also helps to break the tree down once it has died.  Therefore scrapbook papers are made with a process that removes the lignin from the paper in order to maintain its quality for years to come.
